OUR MISSION
THE MISSION OF THE KALAMAZOO COALITION FOR THE UNHOUSED IS TO BRING INDIVIDUALS AND ORGANIZATIONS TOGETHER TO COORDINATE EFFORTS, INCREASE IMPACT AND EMPOWER CHANGE AMONG THE UNHOUSED POPULATION IN THE KALAMAZOO AREA.
The Kalamazoo Coalition for the Unhoused started as a grassroots movement among tent camps housing more than 200 people. Collaboration is at the heart of our work. We believe that the current housing crisis in Kalamazoo County cannot be solved by a single person or organization.
